Tony Hunter Fundraiser 2007

To Support Cancer Research

.

On Saturday April 21, Steelhorse Fellowship MC had the honor of supporting Sheriff Don Hunter's family at this very important fundraiser. The ride to Quincy was awesome, once there, we joined up with our Brothers & Sisters of our Collier Count Posse and the Defenders MC at the event and showed our love and respect for the Hunter Family. Sheriff Hunter's brother, Tony Hunter, was diagnosed with cancer. Although the prognosis is not good, the Hunter Family remain hopeful. The event took place at the beautiful "May Tobacco Farm" in Quincy, Florida. This 1,300 acre farm hosted one of the best events we've attended in a long time. Since Tony is a dedicated Gator Trapper with over two-decades of trapping to his credit, it was no surprise that gator tail was the centerpiece of the meal. Billy Pierson and the band put on a great performance, there wasn't an idled toe on the farm. Sheriff Don Hunter may be the superior law enforcement official in Collier County, but he was born in Tallahassee, so it was fitting that the event was held at this location. Steelhorse Fellowship MC extends our most hopeful support to Tony Hunter and his family during this difficult time.
